For the safety of our campus community, please don't drive on sidewalks, multiuse paths, or Colorado Avenue/18th Street between Libby Drive and Euclid Avenue. during class change periods:

Fall 2026 - Spring 2027

Main Campus:
M-W-F (8:50-9:05am, 9:55-10:10am, 11:00-11:15am, 12:05-12:20pm, 1:10-1:25pm, 2:15-2:30pm, 3:20-3:35pm, 4:25-4:40pm, 5:30-5:45pm)
TU-TH (9:15-9:30am, 10:45-11am, 12:15-12:30pm, 1:45-2pm, 3:15-3:30pm, 4:45-5pm)

East Campus (CINC/BIOT and SEEC buildings)
M-W-F (9:20-9:35am, 10:25-10:40am, 11:30-11:45am, 12:35-12:50pm, 1:40-1:55pm, 2:25-3pm, 3:50-4:05pm, 4:55-5:10pm, 6-6:15pm)

Classes meet 5 days a week, Monday through Friday

  • 2:35 p.m. - 2:50 p.m.
  • 4:25 p.m. - 4:40 p.m.

Overtime/Shift Cutoffs

2026 Payroll Deadlines/Uploads

The updated cutoffs for bi-weekly and monthly payroll are below. Payroll will be pulled from AiM on the days/times listed below. Bi-weekly (BW) payroll time should be entered and approved by the supervisor for the corresponding bi-weekly pay periods and will be paid on the following Friday.

SEPTEMBER 2026

  • Bi-weekly (Earning Dates 8/16 – 8/29/26) September 2nd, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.
  • Monthly (Earning Dates 8/1 – 8/31/2026) September 15th, Tuesday at 12:00 p.m.
  • Bi-weekly (Earning Dates 8/30 – 9/12/26) September 16th, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.
  • Bi-weekly (Earning Dates 9/13 – 9/26/26) September 30th, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.

OCTOBER 2026

  • Bi-weekly (Earning Dates 9/27 – 10/10/26) October 14th, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.
  • Monthly (Earning Dates 9/1 – 9/30/2026) October 15th, Thursday at 12:00 p.m.
  • Bi-weekly (Earning Dates 10/11 – 10/24/26) October 28th, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.

NOVEMBER 2026

  • Bi-weekly (Earning Dates 10/25 – 11/7/26) November 11th, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.
