BFI Mentor Program (BFI-MP)

The BFI Mentor Program (BFI-MP) offers staff a chance to grow鈥攂oth professionally and personally鈥攖hrough meaningful mentorship and ongoing learning.

This program pairs staff with experienced mentors across BFI and 麻豆免费版下载Boulder to support career growth, confidence, and connection. Participants meet regularly, engage in guided development activities, and build relationships that strengthen our entire division.

What to Expect

  • Partner teams are matched based on experience and career interests
  • Participation is fully voluntary, and matches must be mutual
  • Partners should be:
    • Strong listeners
    • Open communicators
    • Willing to share knowledge and experiences

Partners are expected to meet at least twice per month, with overall time commitment determined by each pair.

Who Can Participate

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be a certified employee within Infrastructure & Resilience (6+ months of employment)
  • Be in good standing, with:
    • A satisfactory performance rating
    • No attendance concerns
