As-Needed Professional Services Program

The As-Needed Professional Services Program was established to simplify the process of soliciting professional service providers for campus projects when fees are anticipated to be less than $99,999. Through a competitive Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, select firms have been pre-qualified for specific services and they are ready to be engaged and contracted on projects without the need for additional solicitation.

By using the As-Needed Program, we can more efficiently match campus needs with qualified professionals and save process time while maintaining quality and compliance.

This program differs from ourÌýAEC Directory Program which is a list of architecture, engineering, and consultant (AEC) firms that express interest in working on campus. However, AEC vendors are not pre-qualified and must be solicited using a standard solicitation process.

How to Find and Respond to RFQs

All RFQs for the As-Needed Professional Services Program are posted through Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBidNet.

Firms interested in future RFQ opportunities are encouraged to:

  • Register with Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBidNet
  • Select relevant professional service categories
  • Enable notifications to stay informed when new RFQs are released
