The Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry Shared Research Resource Core Facility, the W.M. Keck Foundation Proteomics Resource and the Central Analytical Laboratory (CAL) in the Department of Biochemistry located in JSCBB at the Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØ provides analytical expertise, training, and access to state-of-the-art mass spectrometry instrumentation. Located in room C1B90, the facility supports researchers across the University of Colorado system and broader scientific community through mass spectrometry services, experimental guidance, chromatographic separations, and open-access instrument training. Waters ACQUITY M-CLASS UPLC PDA

Description:

Waters ACQUITY M-CLASS UPLC with a photodiode array(PDA) detector provides rapid liquid chromatographic separation with UV/visible absorbance detection. It is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of compounds containing UV- or visible-absorbing chromophores. The detector supports single- and dual-wavelength monitoring and uses a low-volume light-guiding flow cell to minimize chromatographic band broadening.

Description:

Waters SELECT SERIES Cyclic IMS is a high-resolution hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer combining electrospray ionization with cyclic ion-mobility separation. It separates ions according to mass-to-charge ratio and collision cross-section, enabling detailed analysis of isomers, conformers and complex biological mixtures. Multiple passes through the cyclic mobility device provide progressively higher ion-mobility resolution.
