If you have never been given an employee ID number (EID) by Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder, you'll need to submit the Personal Information (PI) form.

No

If you already have a Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder employee ID number (EID), you don't need to submit the Personal Information (PI) form.
