Emmy-nominated actress Laverne Cox to speak Jan. 25 at Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder
Laverne Cox, an Emmy-nominated actress best known for her role in the Netflix series "Orange is The New Black,"Ìýwill speak at Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder’s Macky Auditorium on Jan. 25. The speech is co-hosted by the university’s student-run Cultural Events Board and Distinguished Speakers Board.

Spring semester is upon us, and there are some major changes to the CUClicker service, including an unexpected i>clicker software update, new instructor clickers for faculty members and training classes scheduled for Jan. 13 and Jan. 17.

At a time when 44 percent of hiring managers say recent college graduates lack leadership skills, Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder is sharpening its focus on leadership with a thriving new minor and speaker series that kicks off next month.
Safety
State adds CUPD and 41 other permanent medication drop-off locations
On Monday, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment announced the addition of 42 medication collection box locations in two dozen counties around the state, including a permanent location at the Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder Police Department and Parking and Transportation lobby.
