NOTE: Our proposal cycle structure has CHANGED!

View changes to proposal structure

There are no longer major/mini proposals!

We now have two proposal cycles--one in the Fall and one in the Spring--that are of very similar structure to the major proposal cycle, i.e., no funding cap or presentation requirement. Please review the RFP, submission dates (listed below or in the RFP), and the proposal base document for more information.

Please email eef@colorado.edu if you have questions!

Responsibilities if Accepted

Symposium and Impact Report

EEF recipients are expected to spend funding within allotted time toward the allowable expenses in the proposal. EEF funding should be acknowledged on any equipment purchased with EEF funds and any public display of the project funded fully or in part by EEF. Awardees must submit a written impact report.  Finally, EEF awardees are expected to attend EEF symposium as a public display of the impact of the project/proposal. If an awardee has a timing conflict with the symposium, they should reach out to the EEF to discuss options.
