• Use the full name of the 2027 Sundance Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival or the Festival on second reference (an exception to AP Style).
• When referring specifically to the 2027 event, 2027 should always precede Sundance Film Festival.
• When referencing the organization as a whole, refer to Sundance Institute or the Institute on second reference (an exception to AP Style).
• The word Sundance cannot be used on its own or as a descriptor.
