This helps students make informed choices at every meal. Learn how to read an A9 label. (will link to the A9 page once it's built)
听听Nutrislice menu filtering: Our online menu platform, , allows you to filter menu items by allergen, so you can plan your meals with confidence.
听听Staff training and food preparation: Our dining staff undergo comprehensive training to ensure safe food handling and preparation.
- AllerTrain鈩 certification equips staff with knowledge about food allergies, cross-contact prevention and emergency response.
- A9 Identified Allergen Training ensures staff are familiar with our labeling system and best practices for allergen safety.
- All staff are State Food Safety certified and trained.听听
