Dossier Deadlines:

  • October 1: Comprehensive Review
  • November 1: Promotion to Associate Professor and/or Tenure
  • December 1:ÌýPromotion to Full Professor
  • March 31:ÌýCollege Professor of Distinction and Teaching Professor of Distinction nominations
  • April 1: Hire With Tenure (HWT) — Fall start date
  • August 1: Hire With Tenure (HWT) — Spring start date

Submit all dossiers to CAS-Faculty@colorado.edu or via the unit's OneDrive folder (email for access).

Prior to submission, dossiers should be checked for completion, with the order of contents matching the VCAC Checklist and bookmarking naming conventions. The College of Arts and Sciences offers an OPTIONAL Summary Document of Faculty Achievement for Comprehensive Review, Promotion and Tenure, or Promotion to Full ProfessorÌýfor faculty under review to complete. If submitted with the dossier, the summary should be reviewed by the PUEC and placed just before the CV in the dossier.Ìý
