Ryan Pollard

Ryan Pollard, PhD CCC-SLP is an associate clinical professor in the Speech, Language & Hearing Sciences department at Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder. He teaches courses on communication disorders, counseling, and disability studies. He also recently started CU’s MFA program in creative writing. His work has appeared inÌýBellevue Literary Review, Redivider, Valparaiso Fiction Review, Litro, and elsewhere. He’s been nominated for the PEN/Dau Short Story Prize and longlisted for the Front Range Book Prize. His writing is unique in that it tends to center the experiences of people with disabilities.
