As Halloween weekend approaches, we’d like to encourage everyone to celebrate responsibly and have some fun. But as you do so, please take steps to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others.

Did you know that studies have found that college students involved in recreation programs have less stress, higher GPAs, and are more likely to maintain higher levels of fitness throughout their lives? The Rec offers plenty of opportunities to become an active Buff and get involved in our campus community.

Sometimes eating a meal that is both balanced and delicious can be challenging—especially when you lead a busy student lifestyle. Campus Dining Services’ own registered dietitian, Allison Smith, can help. She has developed a program called Dietitian’s Dish, that provides a detailed meal idea each day in the C4C Dining Center.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces will hear arguments from counsel in the case United States v. Bowen, a domestic-violence assault case, at the University of Colorado Law School on Tuesday, Nov. 1.

�鶹��Ѱ�����Boulder’s 2016-17 theatre season continues with a highly anticipated all-female production of Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night.” Directed by renowned Los Angeles actor, director, teacher and producer Lisa Wolpe, the production runs Nov. 4 through Nov. 13 in the University Theatre.
