The suspect who burglarized some campus residence halls last month was allegedly spotted in Broomfield recently.

Last Tuesday, Broomfield Police reported thatÌýan adult male unnecessarily brushed up against a young girl on a couple of occasions on Nov. 23, inappropriately touching her while she was shopping at a local retail store. Video surveillance captured photos of the suspect.Ìý

Through additional investigation, Broomfield and Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder policeÌýdetectives determined the suspect was the same man who was caught onÌýsurveillance video breaking into residence halls on the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder campus in October.

The suspect allegedly stole women’s underwear from a residence hall laundry room. He committed thefts and other crimes in the Aden, Brackett, Cockerell and Crosman residence halls. At CU, he was seen wearing glasses and a black baseball cap.

Surveillance photos and video of this suspect were caught at Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØand in Broomfield wearing similar attire. If you have any information regarding the identity of the man seen in these photos, please contact either police agency:
