Ìýeducates eaters and celebrates restaurants—from fast-casual eateries to fine dining andÌýfood service—for being transparent with their purchasing practices. This esteemed list highlights food-service operations that are building a better food system by using their purchasing power to support local, regionalÌýand national ‘good food’ economies.

Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder is joined by Smith College as the only universities to be nationally recognized on this list.ÌýAdditionally, Boulder Valley School District is the only school to be acknowledged this year.Ìý
