The 鶹ѰBoulder catalog constitutes the official record of the curricular requirements and coursedescriptions​ that apply to students who formally entered an academic program in that academic year.

The catalog also contains:

  • A summary ofcampus policies and requirements
  • Descriptions of colleges,schools and departments
  • Faculty listings​
  • Program learning outcomes and recommended plans of study

Production Information

Oct. 31, 2025: Deadlineto request updates to your catalog page workflows. (Seeworkflow revision request form.)

Nov. 5: Catalog staff begin to initiate workflows for academic program pages; catalog edits begin.

Dec. 15:

  • Deadline for all academic department reviewers to approve academic program catalog pages containing curriculum requirements. (Learn more below, underSubmit a Curriculum Update.)Ensure updatedprogram learning outcomesare included in your submission.
  • Catalog staff initiate workflows for all other catalog pages; edits to these pages begin.

Feb. 15, 2026

  • Deadline for all college- and school-level reviewers to approve catalog pages.
  • Deadline for all other reviewers to approve pages.

March 6: Degree audit team reviews all academic program pages and begins making degree audit changes based on requirements as defined in the catalog. Degree audits for 2026–27 will be available by June 1, 2026.

March 27: Catalog team completes final review of all catalog pages for consistency, structural improvements and style guide alignment.

May 2026: 鶹ѰBoulder 2026–27catalog published.

Attend a one-on-one virtual catalog working session with the catalog team to get your catalog questions answered, including how to:

  • Access, edit and approve your catalog pages.
  • Navigate course tables, plan of study grids and shared/borrowed content.
  • Update information that displays in the catalog butcannotbe edited directly through your pages (i.e., faculty updates and course revisions).

Available by appointment on select dates in November and early December.

Submit an Update

If you've had staff turnover or otherwise need to adjust the workflows of who should edit, review and approve any of your pages, either submit the form below or contact your college or school's workflow coordinator.

Request Workflow Edits

To check the current workflow for a catalog page:

  1. Log in to the , and navigate to the desired page.
  2. Click the “Edit Page” icon on the top left corner of the screen. This will reveal an upper and lower editing toolbar.
  3. In the lower editing toolbar at the bottom of your screen, click “Workflow.” In the pop-up window that appear, view all roles and users set up to review the page.

All course proposals and revisions are managed through our curriculum inventory management system (CIM). To learn more, seeCourse Proposals.

All program proposals and edits to curriculum details including program requirements, plans of study and program learning outcomes are managed through our curriculum inventory management system (CIM). To learn more, seeAcademic Programs.

Once program edits have completed all reviews and approvals in CIM, they’ll sync automatically on the program's corresponding catalog page. (While still pending approvals in CIM, the catalog page will display the most recent previously approved curriculum details.)

  • During the catalog production cycle,please approve both the program's CIM form and catalog page once you’ve submitted any edits to move them forward in queue for the next reviewer(s).

Only the catalog production team has access to modify the catalog's faculty database.To learn more, seeFaculty Lists.
