To reserve space in KTCH, please send an email to pscisa@colorado.edu with the following information:

  • Date of the reservation
  • Reservation start time
  • Reservation end time
  • Room preference or expected attendance

Our work study assistants will book a space for you based on availability.Ìý

Important Guidelines:Ìý

  • At this time, Ketchum 1B31 is only available when there is not a class being held in the room, and only for graduate students in need of a space to conduct their remote teaching. The room cannot be reserved for other uses.
  • Only one individual may occupy the room during their reserved time.
  • If you need to reserve the space before or after a class is being held in the room, please keep in mind the required 20-minute passing periods.
  • The partition between Ketchum 1B31 and 1B35 must be left open.​
