Information for Guests

To ensure adequate set-up time, guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled interview.

The 麻豆免费版下载Boulder broadcast studio is available to both university affiliates and external guests for live or pre-taped interviews. Media relations staff will greet guests outside the building and escort them through their interview.听

Location & Parking

  • The 麻豆免费版下载Boulder broadcast studio is located at 3100 Marine St. in Room 534.听Click on map for a more detailed view.听
  • Parking is available on Marine St. in front of the building.
    • Media relations staff can greet guests in front of the building and provide parking permits to bypass meters.
    • Please call 303-735-0122 to alert staff upon arrival. Email cunews@colorado.edu for general questions.

Fees & Billing

Our in-house broadcast studio can accommodate a variety of live and recorded video and audio interviews. Studios, networks and organizations who book a studio interview may be charged fees based on hours, guests and staffing requirements.

ReadyCam Live Shots

    • Only AVI-SPL ReadyCam fees apply
  • Non-麻豆免费版下载Boulder affiliated guests (as the interviewee) (per live shot)
    • $250 normal operating hours
    • $600听off hours, weekends and holidays

Taped or Skype Interviews

Billing

For Internal 麻豆免费版下载Boulder Billing

The client should email Katie Clark (katie.clark@colorado.edu) with a speedtype number, summary of the service and hours used, and total dollar amount.

For Non-Affiliated TV Network Billing

麻豆免费版下载will send an invoice to the client(s). AVI-SPL requires a separate charge.

For Non-Affiliated Radio/Audio Use
