Ivy Tan
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder. ÌýI am also a Senior Editor of Atmospheric Chemistry & Physics, and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Climate. ÌýI received my B. Sc. in Physics & Mathematics at the University of Toronto and Ph. D. in Earth & Planetary Sciences as a NASA Earth and Space Science Fellow at Yale University. ÌýI then joined NASA Goddard Space Flight Center as a NASA Postdoctoral Program Fellow. ÌýBefore joining Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder I was an Assistant Professor at McGill University. Ìý

Chandru Dhandapani
I am a postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Physics at Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder. I received my B. Tech. in Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and Ph. D. in Aeronautics from California Institute of Technology, where I continued as a postdoctoral researcher in collaboration with Jet Propulsion Laboratory. I then joined the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory as a postdoctoral researcher in the Atmosphere, Climate and Earth Sciences division. My research interests are Climate and Atmospheric Modeling, Cloud Microphysics, Aerosol Cloud Interactions, and Computational Fluid Dynamics.

I am a Ph.D. Student in the Department of Physics at Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder. ÌýI received my bachelor's degree from the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of California, Irvine in 2025. ÌýI started at Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder in fall 2025 and joined the Climate Physics group in May 2026. ÌýOutside of physics, I enjoy anything outdoors, but most of all I like playing tennis, soccer, and hiking. ÌýI am also interested in film!
