Priority Area 1: Deliver and Support IT Services

  • Goal 1: OIT services are reliable, secure, scalable and efficient
  • Goal 2: Campus users are empowered to fully leverage OIT services through enhanced awareness, understanding, utilization, and support

Priority Area 2: Foster a Unified Campus Approach to Cyber Risk

  • Goal 1: Cyber risk from threats is reduced.
  • Goal 2: Campus is aligned on risk tolerance and risk treatment.
  • Goal 3: Campus IT users understand and fulfill their information security responsibilities.

Priority Area 3: Enable Learner Success

  • Goal 1: Instructors leverage CU’s technology to enhance teaching and learning across instructional modalities.
  • Goal 2: Learner-centric dashboards and technologies are utilized to enhance learners’ experience and success.
  • Goal 3: The learner experience is improved, including through the implementation of the CRM Strategy–Learner Lifecycle (LL) CRM.

Priority Area 4: Enable Research​

  • Goal 1: Researchers have access to innovative high-performance compute, storage, cloud environments and platforms that secure sensitive research data and includes a well-configured research network.
  • Goal 2: Researchers actively participate in a vibrant research community supported by accessible technical assistance and comprehensive education on utilizing available research computing resources.

  • Goal 3: The campus community accesses a user-centric data portal to interact with data in a variety of ways to derive data-driven insights.​
