Payday Schedule Change Clarification, Supervisors

I understand there has been some confusion related to my email this morning, and I want to provide clarity about who received it. All supervisors received the email, Payday Schedule Change Update: Additional resources available, regardless of whether you have employees impacted by the Payday Schedule Change happening on Sept. 27, 2026. I know this caught many of you by surprise, especially if you did not think the change applied to your employees presently.Â
The previous message was sent to all supervisors to ensure broad awareness of the Pay Day Schedule Change (PDSC), particularly because all new hires (excluding those on contract pay) starting Sept. 27 and beyond will be hired on a biweekly schedule. We want all supervisors to be familiar with the change and the available tools and resources, even if your current team is not impacted.
Our goal is to ensure everyone stays informed and supported throughout this transition. I sincerely appreciate your engagement and understanding.Â
