If you're taking the holiday and usually track time in AiM, enter 8 hours using the leave code HLDY.
If you are taking the holiday and usually track time off in MyLeave: Holiday leave will automatically be entered for you in the MyLeave system. You don’t need to do anything more.
If you are working a regular schedule, a flex schedule (4/10 or 9/80), a weekend shift, or are on call on July 3rd, please check with your supervisor for instructions on how to accurately record your time.
