BFI Organizational Dialogue coming Dec. 4. Registration deadline is Dec. 1 at 5pm
All BFI staff are invited to participate in a series of Organizational Culture Dialogues, offered between December 2025 and April 2026. The first session will take place Thursday, Dec. 4 from 10am-12pm via Zoom. This dialogue series is聽designed to strengthen organizational culture by providing dialogue as a unique approach to building communication and relational skills that positively impact workplace culture. Each session is a stand-alone session, and participants are welcome to attend as many as they would like. This first session is focused on 'Forming and Building Relationships in BFI through Dialogue.'聽
What鈥檚 a Dialogue Mixer?
Participants engage in a series of short conversations in small groups. If you attend, you鈥檒l connect with colleagues from across BFI, share your experiences, and listen to different perspectives in a dynamic and welcoming environment.
