Did you know that Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder has more than 400 faculty who specialize in teaching and clinical education? We recognize these faculty members' vital role in enabling our campus to address its academic mission. In 2022, the Office of Faculty Affairs hired its first Faculty Fellow focused on teaching and clinical faculty development to design programming that supports early-, mid-, and late-career teaching and clinical professors through the unique challenges that characterize their careers.

We host workshops throughout the academic year to help teaching and clinical faculty build more robust networks and ensure their inclusion in the greater Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder community. These sessions are not recorded to create a comfortable environment for open, candid discussions and engagement. Workshop topics include:

• Navigating the reappointment process
• Balancing teaching with other responsibilities
• Strengthening your role within your department
• How to complete your FRPA
