The goal of the annual International Festival is to provide an opportunity for cultural student groups on the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØcampus to share their culture with the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØCommunity.ÌýRepresent your roots with your country's or region's own personalized booth usingÌýlocal artwork, clothing or literature. You also get the chance toÌýinform visitors about your culture and traditions, and have them try out all the cultural activities!

You can also opt to include your region/country's unique cuisine as a part ofÌýyour booth. With the belief that food is a critical part of a culture, the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØInternational Festival Committee acceptsÌýfood sample requestsÌýto offer an exceptional experience of the full spectrum of one's culture to our visitors during the iFest.ÌýEvery country/region representing a booth is eligible to submit recipes that represent its culture. This can be aÌýdish (main or side), drink orÌýdessert! Do not miss out on a chance to share your unique cultureÌýwith theÌýÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØCommunity.Ìý

Showcase your Culture to theÌýÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØCommunity

Every year, the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØInternational Festival Committee provides a stage forÌýgreatÌýperformers whoÌýshowÌýcultural dances, play traditional instruments, or sing in their nativeÌýlanguage. Both Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØand non-Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØaffiliatedÌýgroups are welcome to perform, as long as their performance is culturally appropriate. This will beÌýbased on the submitted performance description which will be reviewed by committee members.Ìý
