Regular use:
Digital signage is reservedÌýfor events and messaging that affectÌýa majority of the College of Engineering & Applied Science student population and is hosted or sponsored by a CUÌýdept., program or unit.
RequestsÌýmust meet these guidelines:
- Adheres to university brandÌýpolicies for font, color and logo usage
- Approved by or designed by CEAS Creative
- Must include sponsoring logo (college, department, unit, student org., etc.)
- Design requests for digital screens must be submitted two weeks prior to requested display time
- Display time for each slide = 2 weeks
- Dimensions: 1920 x 1080 pixels
- Format: .jpg
Slides run for only a few seconds. That means text should be kept to a minimum. We recommend:Ìý
- Headline (5 words or less)
- Short description of event
- Include: time, date, location
- QR code + URL to learn more (we can generate a QR code for you)
