Regular use:

Digital signage is reservedÌýfor events and messaging that affectÌýa majority of the College of Engineering & Applied Science student population and is hosted or sponsored by a CUÌýdept., program or unit.

RequestsÌýmust meet these guidelines:

  • Adheres to university brandÌýpolicies for font, color and logo usage
  • Approved by or designed by CEAS Creative
  • Must include sponsoring logo (college, department, unit, student org., etc.)
  • Design requests for digital screens must be submitted two weeks prior to requested display time
  • Display time for each slide = 2 weeks
  • Dimensions: 1920 x 1080 pixels
  • Format: .jpg

Slides run for only a few seconds. That means text should be kept to a minimum. We recommend:Ìý

  • Headline (5 words or less)
  • Short description of event
  • Include: time, date, location
  • QR code + URL to learn more (we can generate a QR code for you)
