Civil Rights Compliance is for Everyone

Join Vice Chancellor of OIEC and Title IX Coordinator Llen Pomeroy and Senior Associate Counsel Jeanne Baak to learn about best practices in complying with civil rights laws and CU's Nondiscrimination Policy. This discussion will include tips on applying all-comers provisions and communicating inclusion to ensure programs and activities comply with anti-discrimination law and policy, and do not exclude or preference certain protected class identities.

Each September, multiple campus partners collaborate on Compliance WeekÌýto share out messages about key policies and compliance issues. Throughout the week, students, faculty and staff receive e-memos about topics such as student privacy, voter registration, alcohol and other drugs, and the Annual Security Report, among others.
