Undergraduate Student Assistant I
The Cech LabÌýis looking for an undergraduate student assistant I-semi-skilled to work 10-12Ìýhours per week.
Lab duties include: Dishwasher for Biochemistry Lab
A dishwasher is needed to clean and decontaminate laboratory glassware and production equipment following specific methods of processing, both manually and by using an automated dishwasher and dryer; and distributing these items to laboratory storage locations.
Key requirements are reliability, ability to work with little supervision, familiarity with a lab environment, and able to pass safety trainings.
Start date 12/15/2025, expected to continue through Spring 2026 academic year. Hourly pay of $18 per hour.

Biochemistry Events & Administrative Student Assistant Position
The Biochemistry Department seeks to hire an undergraduate Biochemistry major student assistant.
Student Assistant Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with undergraduate events, catering, set-up/clean-up, commencement, end of year celebration, surplus and inventory, website and Instagram maintenance. Assist with lab tours including professor and graduate student introductions. This is a great opportunity to learn about the Biochemistry department's community.
Qualified candidates will have excellent communications skills, strong independent work ethic, detail oriented, and willing to help in a variety of situations. Candidates must be able to lift and set up tables.
Work schedule: Approximately 10-15 hours per week. A consistent work schedule will be established based on available hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. customized to fit your academic schedule. Some evening and weekend hours may be required.
Start Date: Fall 2025, expected to continue for the academic year. Hourly pay of $17.00.

Responsibilities will include to provide in-person, one-on-one sessions, help student improve their knowledge of the course material, provide a comfortable and supportive learning environment, maintain consistent communication with the student, and maintain consistent communication with the Undergraduate Program Coordinator.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3.0 GPA, Minimum of a B+ in the tutoring course. Full time Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder student who is at least a sophomore, passionate about course content and has the desire to share with other students, desire to teach/share study skills for students’ own success. Work with limited supervision.
Start Date: Fall 2025, expected to continue for the academic year. Hourly pay of $20.00.
