Minor in Architectural Engineering
Architectural engineers develop and create innovative buildings and structures. Our students learn how to design structural systems, mechanical systems and electrical systems for buildings, while tackling challenges related to managing building construction. We prepare our students to meet the challenges of the 21st century, from creating buildings that can withstand natural disasters to developing affordable green technology to use in structures.

The undergraduate minor in architectural engineering serves Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder students who are interested in building science, engineering and system design. The minor is intended to expose students to basic building science knowledge, engineering and system concepts, and calculation and design skills. The minor requires 18 credits to complete
