Gilman Scholarships
- The enables American undergraduateÌýstudents who receive a Pell Grant to study or intern abroad through scholarships of up to $5,000.
- Students studying critical need languages are eligible for a supplemental award up to $3,000, and students conducting STEM research abroad are eligible for a supplemental award up to $1,000.

Deadlines: Scholarships are awarded twice annually. Typically, the deadlines are in early October and early March. Plan ahead and talk to an advisor in our office for help!Ìý
Step 1: Research programs, mark your calendar with deadline dates and make a plan to apply.
Step 2: Attend a Gilman Scholarship Workshop for Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØstudents (see info below) and reach out to the Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder Gilman Scholarship advisor at Adilene.GarciaAniles@colorado.edu if you have questions.
Step 3: Submit both the application for your program and the Gilman Scholarship by the deadlines. You can find a .
