One of the biggest benefits of an on-campus job is flexibility. Most campus departments understand that you’re a student first, so supervisors typically schedule shifts around your classes and other commitments. Many also offer extra flexibility during busy times like midterms and finals.Ìý
Most student employees work about 10–15 hours each week, with a maximum of 25 hours. That means you can earn money while still making your coursework your top priority.Ìý
