Campus Recreation & Well-BeingÌý

Faculty and staff can access recreation facilities and programs through employee memberships. The Rec, in partnership with WorkWell, also offers events and opportunities specifically for Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder employees, making it easier to incorporate movement and well-being into your routine.Ìý

Massage and acupunctureÌý

Medical Services offers massage therapy and acupuncture services that are available to faculty and staff. These services can support relaxation, stress management and overall well-being.Ìý

Collegiate Recovery CommunityÌý

The Collegiate Recovery Community provides support and community around recovery from substance use and other addictive behaviors. Faculty and staff can connect with the program and learn more about available recovery resources and opportunities.Ìý

Health Promotion trainingsÌý

Build skills to support your well-being and help others with trainings from Health Promotion. Faculty and staff can explore sessions on topics such as supporting students in distress, mental health and suicide prevention, active listening, stress management and more. Trainings range from a 15-minute online course to workshops and professional development sessions, with some options also available by request for departments.Ìý
