Kansas City, Kansas — The Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØMen’s Club Soccer Team closed out one of its most successful seasons in program history, earning a place among the top four teams in the nation after a standout performance at the 2025 National Championships. The Buffs entered the tournament as League Champions and Regional Co-Champions, momentum they carried all the way to a semifinal appearance.

Dominant Start Sets the Tone

Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØopened group play with authority, winning its group and delivering one of the tournament’s most eye-catching results — a 1–1 draw against defending national champion BYU, showcasing the Buffs’ ability to compete with the best teams in the country. The group-stage performance secured CU’s advance into knockout play, where the team continued its remarkable postseason run.

A Thrilling Quarterfinal Classic

The highlight of the tournament came in the quarterfinals, where Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØbattled Georgia Tech in what players described as one of the most intense matches of the season. The Buffs prevailed 2–1, punching their ticket to the national semifinals and electrifying the sideline with one of the squad’s biggest wins of the year.
