We admit a limited number of students mid-year who can start participating in Studio Lab in the following spring semester. Our bigger round of admissions is at the end of the spring semester for students who will start participating in the following academic year. Mentor submissions are accepted at any time, but we would LOVE to get your mentor applications by November 20, 2026 to help us with planning and organization.Ìý
Why should I apply?
For students, this is an excellent opportunity to work with mentors in the College of Arts & Sciences on a wide range of projects. We also hold social events, educational events, and a big end-of-year poster session extravaganza where you present about your Studio Lab project.
For faculty, researchers, and advanced Ph.D. students, this is a chance to work with AMAZING students at no cost to you. Studio Lab covers the cost of an honorarium that participating students receive each semester.
