Saad Bhamla
Associate Professor Saad Bhamla (ChBE, BioFrontiers Institute) combines biology and engineering to develop innovative, accessible technologies with global impact. His work ranges from a 20-cent centrifuge and a $1 hearing aid to soft robots inspired by nature that could one day support space exploration.
Kimberly See
Professor Kimberly See (ChBE, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Institute), an internationally recognized electrochemist, develops safer, lower-cost battery materials with the potential to advance sustainable energy storage.
