Our records indicate that although you graduated from Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder in August, you're registered for one or more Fall 2026 classes in the same degree program.

As a graduate or law student, you may be eligible to petition for in-state residency for Fall 2027, provided you established physical presence in Colorado on or before Aug. 18, 2026, and take the necessary steps to establish legal ties by the time periods outlined below.

On your behalf, Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder has granted you an institutional waiver that allows your COF funding to continue through Summer 2027.

We have reviewed the petition and supporting documents you submitted for Summer 2026. After our initial review, we requested additional documentation or clarification regarding your residency petition. As you did not submit the required documentation, your petition is now closed and will no longer be processed.
