Fall Welcome 2026: Special Buff Bus Service
During Fall Welcome, the Buff Bus will be running an expanded schedule to accommodate all the special events happening around campus. Special Buff Buses will run starting Friday, August 14 to help students get to and from move-in and Fall Welcome events:
Important Notice:
- Darley stop will be used for move-in unloading from Friday, August 14 through Tuesday, August 18.
- WillVill students should use the Bear Creek stop to catch the bus during this time.

Friday, Aug. 14
- Route W: Noon-10 p.m.
- Service from: Bear Creek stop
Saturday, Aug. 15
- Route W: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Service from: Bear Creek stop
Sunday, Aug. 16
- Route W: 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Service from: Bear Creek stop
Monday, Aug. 17
- Route W: 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Service from: Bear Creek stop
Tuesday, Aug. 18
- Route W: 7:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m.
- Service from: Bear Creek stop until 3 p.m.; Bear Creek and Darley stops after 3 p.m.
- Welcome to the Herd (Convocation): Additional direct buses from Williams Village directly to the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØEvents Center, 6:45-9 p.m.
- Ralphie's Spirit Rodeo (Farrand Field, main campus): Additional buses available, 7:30-11:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Aug. 19
- Route W: 7:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m.
- Service from: Bear Creek and Darley stops
