Within the Walls

Within the Walls is a short narrative film that takes place entirely in a college living room, using a fixed camera to observe the lives of two groups of senior girls who live in the same space at different times. The film focuses on everyday moments like moving in, getting ready to go out, studying, celebrating, and preparing to graduate to then showing the emotional reality of transitioning out of college. By keeping the camera still and allowing scenes to unfold naturally. It explores themes of friendship, identity, and change and emphasizing how ordinary moments become meaningful in hindsight and how spaces quietly connect different lives over time.
