The PLC Community Impact Through Service digital badge is earned by all PLC students who complete at least 20 hours of transformational service each year they are a member of the Presidents Leadership Class. The badge is given and recognized by the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØ and is included on the digital transcript.  This badge serves as recognition of those students who have adopted a service mindset and display servant leadership by completing the necessary hours of service to their community and display the following leadership skills and competencies based on :

• Apply classroom based learning in real-world settings and reflect upon the experience through a personal growth statement.
• Act upon the need and importance of their own civic responsibility and engagement.
• Display humility and adaptability as they acquire intercultural awareness of the demographic groups for which they are serving.
• Execute critical thought and respectful communication as they research community needs and possible service-based solutions.
• Apply practical leadership and career readiness skills such as teamwork, written and oral communication, problem-solving, ethical engagement, and change initiation.
