Laima Haley playing violin

鶹ѰPresents Marketing + PR Director Laima Haley began her College of Music career in 1998. She’s also been playing the violin since age 4. Haley is closely connected to the local music scene, currently playing with several groups including Planina: Songs of Eastern Europe, The Rusty Gears Band and a bluegrass group called Smorgasgrass.

The musical talents of College of Music staff members

It’s well known that the 鶹ѰBoulder College of Music is home to incredibly talented faculty teaching passionate, gifted students. Less well-known is just how many staff members have musical magic up their sleeves, too. In fact, many of our staff members have earned music degrees and remain actively involved in music—from playing in local orchestras to teaching lessons, composing or enthusiastically attending music events: Meet a few of them!
