Jenna joined the Colorado Water Conservation Board as the Outdoor Water Conservation Coordinator in April 2023, before her MENV graduation from the ENRP specialization. She manages the State's Turf Replacement Grant Program to promote landscape transformation as a water use reduction tool. She also leads initiatives on Colorado's municipal outdoor water use. Jenna has contributed to several of Governor Polis' initiatives, including the 2023 Urban Landscape Conservation Task Force, provided expert testimony to the Colorado General Assembly, presented at local, state, and national venues, and actively engages in various inter-agency coalitions to promote water conservation and efficiency.
