The Winter Break Housing Application is available only for students currently living in the residence halls for the 2026-27 academic year and have an active 2026-27 Academic Year Contract. Students not returning for the spring semester are excluded from the Winter Break housing option and must move out on Dec. 12 before 10 a.m.Ìý
If you are interested in winter break housing, please log in to the MyCULiving portal Sept. 23 at 9 a.m. - Oct. 23, to complete the Winter Break Housing Agreement. Applications received after Oct. 23 are not guaranteed housing, but may still apply.Ìý
- The Winter Break Housing Agreement provides the student access to housing from Dec. 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. to Jan. 5, 2027, at noon.Ìý
- Housing may not be offered in your current assignment, and an alternative assignment may be provided in north campus.Ìý
- At this time dining is not includedÌýÌý
- Campus will have limited and/or some remote resources during the Winter Break Housing Agreement timeframe, including campus offices and front desk resources. Most of campus will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 4 while you are residing in campus housing.Ìý
- The Buff Bus will not be operating during the Winter Break period.Ìý
- Students will be charged for the entirety of the agreement period on Dec. 12, and there are no refunds despite the number of days spent occupying the room regardless of the reason, including inclement weather or lack of transportation.Ìý
