DSCC Space Reservations

The Dennis Small Cultural Center, located in room 457 of the University Memorial Center, is available to student organizations and campus departments hosting events focused on celebrating cultural expression, intercultural engagement, community gatherings and trainings for students, staff or faculty.听

Student organizations (RSOs and RSGOs) and campus departments that align with the mission/purpose of the Dennis Small Cultural Center are pre-approved for priority access to reserve the space. All other organizations and departments will need to request permission to reserve the DSCC.听

How to Reserve the Space

Events and trainings

For all events and trainings, reservations should be coordinated directly with 麻豆免费版下载Events Planning & Catering (EP&C). They can provide expert support regarding catering and other services you may require. Please contact EP&C at 303-492-8833 or visit their office in UMC 140 during business hours, or submit an .听

Pre-approved organization and department meetings

Organizations and departments that are pre-approved to reserve the Dennis Small Cultural Center are able to utilize the online EMS system to make a reservation.听

For RSOs/RSGOs reserving the space, you will need to log in and select the 鈥淎ct As鈥 function to access the reservation template for 鈥淯MC 457 Dennis Small Cultr Ctr Request.鈥听

All web requests for meetings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
