Additional Information: In June of 2020, the Colorado Partnership for Quality Jobs and Service Act was signed into law, recognizing Colorado WINS as the certified employee organization for covered State employees. The Parties successfully negotiated the Partnership Agreement in 2021 and wages in 2022. In the fall of 2024, the State of Colorado and Colorado WINSÌýsuccessfully renegotiated theÌýPartnership Agreement, including wages, and the new language is included in the updated Agreement.ÌýColorado Governor Jared Polis signed this Agreement into effect on September 23, 2024.ÌýThe updated Partnership Agreement can beÌý
