My Leave Replacement Initiative Frequently Asked Questions

To improve timekeeping capabilities, enhance employee experience, provide better tools for the HR community and increase the accuracy and quality of payroll data.

This initiative would impact any employees currently using My Leave and may impact other employees currently using a third-party time tracking system.

Informed by the current state findings and analysis, recommendations will be developed to address opportunities and pain points. A tiered decision model has been developed to ensure the project aligns with CU’s strategic needs and appropriately supports operational processes for time entry and leave requests. The decision model will also consider effects to upstream and downstream processes. The Boulder project team is committed to ensuring the HR, payroll, and IT communities across our campus are represented in key project decisions.
