An important requirement forÌýsupervisors is the need to successfully transition from getting results as an individual to getting results with and through people. Additionally, supervisors will become familiar withÌýthe philosophy, expectations, processes and practices of supervision on the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder campus.
