Information
Admitted master’s students who have met the requirements for Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) must complete this form and attach documentation of completion.Ìý Graduate-level CPL is limited to master’s degree programs and is subject to prior approval by the dean of the Graduate School.
Note that a maximum of 3 CPL credits may apply to a master’s degree, and the combined total of CPL and transfer credit applied to a master’s degree may not exceed 9 credits.
Endorsements Needed
The graduate program must approve the form.
Submission & Routing Information
After submission, the form will be sent to the program and graduate program for approval, and then to the Office of the Registrar for the academic record update.ÌýÌýAfter review by the Graduate School, the student and program will receive notification.Ìý
