Congratulations to Assistant Professor of Geography and Institute of Behavioral Science Faculty Fellow, Dr. Jessica Finlay for receiving $3.7 million grant from the National Institute of Health (NIH) National Institute on Aging (NIA) for her project!
The project is titled 鈥淟ife Course Cognability: A Mixed Methods Study of Neighborhoods and Cognitive Health.鈥 The five-year project will examine how neighborhood services, amenities and hazards influence cognitive health and dementia risk across adulthood.
In addition to this grant, Jessica Finlay has also received the and the Center to Accelerate Population Research in Aging pilot grant.
