A new 3D 鈥渘ano鈥� printer installed in the Colorado Shared Instrumentation in Nanofabrication and Characterization (COSINC) cleanroom on campus provides several new research avenues in soft materials and optics among other fields.
As part of the consent agenda, the regents approved the full program plan and $6.8 million in campus spending authority for construction of a new highly specialized cleanroom space to support the Colorado Shared Instrumentation in Nanofabrication and Characterization (COSINC) Laboratory鈥檚 micro- and nano-fabrication materials characterization program.
COSINC calls for proposals on material characterization projects due April 30.
The Material Characterization Facility 颅鈥� operated within Colorado Shared Instrumentation in Nanofabrication and Characterization (COSINC) service center, College and Engineering and Applied Science, University of Colorado, Boulder 鈥� recently relocated to its permanent home in the Sustainability, Energy and Environment Laboratory (SEEL) building on east campus.
The Colorado Shared Instrumentation in Nanofabrication and Characterization (COSINC) core research facility will have a virtual open house on Jan. 29 via Zoom.
