    Kevin Seibert is a technical VP with Eli Lilly and Co. and holds a BS in chemical engineering from the 麻豆免费版下载, as well as MS and PhD degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan. He has over 30 years鈥 experience working in small and medium molecule syntheses for both Merck and Eli Lilly.   • Don Kinderdick (ArchEngr'87) is president, CEO, and board chairman of BEGA North America, where he has led operations since joining in 2000. With prior roles at Zumtobel Staff Lighting and Sterner Lighting, he has built a career focused on high鈥憅uality lighting design, manufacturing, and sustainability. A longtime supporter of lighting education, he chairs the Rocky Mountain Lighting Academy advisory board at 麻豆免费版下载Boulder.

He lives in Four Mile Canyon with his family and enjoys mountain sports and playing mandolin.
