With more than 30 years of experience, Susie leads and manages high-performing, multi-discipline design teams on the most challenging projects. Susie's leadership and expertise in engineering and project management have been instrumental in delivering excellence in client service and technical design for a wide variety of project types. Her extensive experience includes highly sustainable design with multiple projects achieving LEED Platinum certification. Her passion for great design and collaboration is evident in her work with clients and design teams to create innovative solutions that enhance flexibility and performance.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>Susie received her BS degree in Architectural Engineering from Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØ. Her career began at Flack + Kurtz, later acquired by WSP, where she contributed to a wide range of projects across the United States and internationally. She joined MEYERS+ ENGINEERS in 2015 as a Principal and was appointed President and CEO in 2023. In addition to her professional leadership, Susie is a passionate advocate for thoughtful design, mentorship, and inclusion in the engineering profession. Susie was named one of the San Francisco Business Times Women of Influence in 2021. This recognition highlights her significant contributions to the industry and her impact on the community.&nbsp;</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>Susie is originally from Colorado and now resides in Marin County, California, with her family. He quickly assumed the responsibility for all day-to-day operations and was named the company’s President and CEO in April 2004. He also serves as chairman of the board of directors.</p><p>Before joining BEGA, he held numerous marketing, engineering and management positions at both Zumtobel Staff Lighting in New York, and Sterner Lighting in Minnesota.&nbsp;</p><p>Throughout his career he has remained passionate about the design and manufacture of quality lighting products and the support of lighting education. He is committed to social responsibility and minimizing our impact on the environment over time.</p><p>Kinderdick has been a member of the Rocky Mountain Lighting Academy (RMLA) advisory board at the University of Colorado since its inception and is currently serving as chairman. Through his work with CU, he has supported diversity and inclusion in lighting education and helped fund access to educational opportunities for underserved communities. He is involved in several local charities on both a personal and professional level.</p><p>Don holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado where he specialized in illumination engineering and an MBA in marketing from Rutgers University.
